Head gasket failed?

1994 Saab 9000 Aero 5 speed 140 k miles.
Was driving to an appt and going up a big hill with some boost, engine began running rough.
Ran poorly, rough, very low power. Barely make 50 mph. Hills-no acceleration.
Swapped DI cassette, MAP sensor, no change. Crank position sensor 580 ohms cold. Pulled spark plugs, and see that #2 is very oily. Saw oily looking shimmer on top of piston. One or two other plugs showed deposits, as in from coolant burning? Gap still good, look like little wear, aside from deposits.
Oil is being used/ one quart each 800-1000 miles. Oil looks fine. Coolant level not changing, and no bubbles.
This car we’ve had for 6-7 yrs and have only put a few thousand miles on it. When we got it, I did a oreemptive spark plug replacement, and recall one or two of them being oil caked.
A light blue haze ( oil, presumably) on startup-always thought to be oil leaking past valve guide seals.
Prior to rough running, Seemed to exhibit a white cloud of condensation more than normal, even after engine warmed up to operating temp.
I’m leaning towards failed HG, any other possible duagnosis?
