I had a manual 1998 CSE and now own an automatic 1996 CSE and I can't believe what a slug the 1996 is by comparison. Granted, the 1996 AT is dying so I am debating over what to replace it with. Steven,
Could you 'compare and contrast' your driving experience of the manual and AT?
Also, I am way, way behind you (JeffB) in my personal evolution but I did stumble upon two interesting things this evening:
1. a UK source for remanufactured ZF transmissions:
https://www.sussexautos.co.uk/zf-transmissions.php
2. an online manual for the ZF-4HP-18:
