I have also had problems getting what used to be considered wear/replacement parts items. Orio, the "official SAAB parts supplier", sometimes ships Pro Parts Sweden (terrible quality parts) items in place of the originals when they are no longer available. I have recently bought some parts from the UK, which seems to have a better supply - shipping costs from the UK to the USA is pretty reasonably priced (not so the other way).

This situation, like so many others, has changed dramatically in the last year. Maybe I should have been more serious about trading my 9000 for a 9-5 wagon a few months ago.....
