Actually nothing I have three automatic transmissions that are here that are all in working order. Believe one of the transmissions is out of a 96 the other two are out of 97. I actually put a five-speed in because I'm pushing about 450 horsepower. And I wanted to 5-speed so it could handle the horsepower. And they are repairable and you can still get parts. I'm saving the automatics for when I get a little older and I'm done playing with that much horsepower. Right now I've pulled out the 9000 gears and stuck 9-5 gears in the transmission. Five speed swap was relatively easy of course you have to have a spare parts car.
