Agreed. Hear that GM and Subaru? I had a 98 Legacy GT that had a leaking heater core. The first part put in place on the assembly line of a Subaru is the heater core and as it moves down the line, they build a car around it. I never did fix it. Bars Leaks worked, but the heat, not so much. :-)
My 04 GMC is similar. The dash has to come out and the HVAC system is a big plastic enclosure. Time to sell it.
The 9000 does run nice, has good performance and handles well. Too bad it has cancer so bad. 232K on the clock.
