Oh I've done the job a couple of different times. I already had one on the shelf new. Actually job is already done. Back up and running. I don't know why everybody thinks it is such a hard job. There's two tabs on the blower motor housing and you disconnect the wire that comes through the firewall. You disconnect the screw on the passenger side that moves the housing for the rest of it over towards the passenger side and then you just fold it down and lift it up and out. Took about 30 minutes to get it out put the new one in the housing and then slide it back in once you slide it back in it just snaps in. But if you haven't done the job I can see how it can look really ominous to tackle. But I've been doing it for quite a while.
