I used the OE pump from a 5 series. They have an external pump and it was the right length and diameter to fit to the 99 mounting bracket. I can get the Bosch p/n if you want. Now if you have to have the OE pump, the last folks I know of that remanufactured them was Python, but they seem to have folded the tent in 2012. There are probably a few of them sitting on a dusty shelf somewhere at an independent parts dealer. Again the same basic design as the OE Saab pump was used in the early '70's VW type 3 cars. There were a lot more of them made than the 99. I was not successful in finding one as I was trying to get one running from a long (10+ yr) nap. I wound up owning the car, but the solution worked so well that I kept it (and the car!!).
