OK, so thin I have a suggestion -- don't take yours out until the new one comes. Gary indicated that the 010 has a bigger cavity and is needed to "help" the system operate in hot start situations.
I think he mentioned that the 010 version is preferable, the site ECSTUNING in Ohio has the 010 listed for $186 as I recall.
The VW part is listed against the 010 sized accumulator.
I used the OO7 with complications of fitting compliance according to my notes.
So, hopefully you can send back the 007 if it is too small, and source the 010 if that makes any sense whatsoever.
