I'm not going to address any engine stuff since only you know how good your engine might be (and/or how much you hate going to the work of pulling it.) But a few other things to consider doing while it's out:
-- Replace main and side shaft seals in the transaxle.
-- Feel driveshaft inner drivers for wear and swap sides if necessary.
-- Replace control arm bushings; this is MUCH easier to do while the engine is out.
-- Replace the fuel line that runs under the engine.
-- If you've ever thought your brake and clutch master cylinders should be rebuilt, there'll never be an easier time to remove them.
I'm sure there are lots more. Basically, think back to all the times you've worked on stuff under the hood and thought "#&*#, it's really hard to reach this because the engine is in the way!"... well, now's your chance!
