Advice on Oil Pan damaged at Instant Oil Chnage

About two months ago I went to Vavoline Instant Oil Change which I have done every 3000 miles since 1996 when I bought my 900s 2.3 liter new. I now have 167K miles on the car. She is still going strong I should make 200K no problem.
The problem is the idiot at instant oil change cracked the oil pan. It is a hairline crack and drips about a drop an hour at most, but my driveway(Just repaved) looks like crap now. I complained to the manager and he had me bring it in to “fix it”. He drained the oil and used some sort of sealant that needed to cure for a few hours. Seemed to work until the next oil change same thing happened. The manager again repeated what he did before and used a new plug.
I am up for another oil change soon and if this happens again am I off base asking them to pay for the replacement of the oil pan with a new one? If so what is a reasonable cost for replacement. Looks like more Labor than Parts.
Has anyone ever had to deal with an Oil Change company after the broke your car.
Thanks for your help
