Thanks for all the advice. I will contact the District Manager after I get a quote from my Saab Dealer on an Oil Pan Replacement.

The crack is about 1 inch and flows into the plug hole. I think they really had to jolt the plug hard and fast to have this kind of crack happen. I remember the whole car shaking at one point during the oil change.

As to what I have done to the car since 100K, well not much but I did have a run of costs from the 90K to 100K .

90K to 100K

Replaced Water Pump
Replaced Coil
Replaced Alternator
Replaced Ignition Switch
Replaced lots of vacuum hoses.

100K to 167K (As of Today).

New Battery
New Tires
New Pads and Rotors
New Pulley’s and Belt.
New Radiator hose and clamps(with a Flush) (I had a leak from a clamp )
New Windshield(Hit with a rock from a truck)
New windshield washer valves(What a rip-off at the dealer).

I am very good at oil changes and never go more than 3K between changes.
Every two changes just before the second I put a bottle of Chevron Techeron in the gas.

Things I have decided not to fix:

Seat Heaters( I may try this after reading this board)
Radio Antenna(Radio still works)
Passenger Side front window does not close well. (One to many cups of coffee spilled).

Over all after my 10K run of replacements it’s just been maintenance for the last 67K.
