Fairly easy job.
Ideally you need another person pumping the pedal while you work on the caliper. I got vacuum pump but do not it for some reason.
Get a hose with one-way valve. Start with farthest caliper from master cyl (=right rear) then left rear, right front and left front.
Locate the bleeding nipple on the caliper and attach a hose with the other end in the empty bottle or aything to hold fluid. Loosen the nipple (you may need to spray WD40 and be careful not to break off!) as having your helper pump the pedal several times slowly until no air bubbles and/ or get old fluid out. Then you shut the nipple right when the pedal is being pushed but not bottomed out. This prevents air sucking into the line, especially your hose has no valve.
Repeat for each caliper and you are done. It's easier to have a car on stand and start with all wheels off, so no need to jack up and take off/ on wheel as you work at each corner.
Check for firm pedal and leakage before you hit the traffic. You are responsible for your own safety (and others too)!
