I've owned and driven several cars with discs at all 4 corners. As best I recall, none have had slotted rotors (01 RX-300, 98 3.2TL, 98 T&C). And NONE have had this kind of problem. The first time I hit the brakes in my 02 9-3 in the rain, it was a real "OH S--T" moment. I'm coming up on 10K soon. I'm going to see what my dealer says, but from the sounds of it, I'm not anticipating any real solution.
