i've never used green stuff on my saab. nor will i. i've seen some possitive press here, but let me relate my experience with my volvo 850 turbo.
never ever a problem with brakes on my volvo. always smooth as a baby's butt. finally needed new pads and rotors. went with brembo rotors and green stuff. less than 6 months later, they were warped to hell with symptoms similar to those you report. I had my rotors turned and replaced the green with OEM. smooth as a babies butt for over a year now.
i don't fully blame the green, it could have been a combination of factors. but left a bad taste in my mouth. bottom line is that rotors can in fact warp badly and quickly under the right conditions.
good luck.
