I'm a novice at trouble shooting brake vibration, though have had my share of them in the past. The ideas I state have been the culprits of past vibrations other than warped rotors and items stated above.
Bad wheel bearing?
Inner drivers?
I had a vibration under braking on an old 900 that was fixed with a new front wheel bearing.
I had a really annoying vibration at 60mph. This one was fixed with new inner drivers. This is the inner CV joint coming off the transmission. The boot there had craked and lost it's grease. Being that it it was the inner one, no crackling noise occured like the outer ones, but when the grease escaped, it wore a groove in the inner driver causing a vibration at the specific speed stated.
Neither of these could be your problem, but when all else fails and the vibration is still there, it might be worth a look.
You can inspect the inner drivers under the car. Check to inner boots to ensure that they have not come loose or are cracked.
