The most effective thing for body roll will be the inexpensive and easy to install SAS type sway bar.
Koni's will do a great job with any springs.
Lowering reduces remaining vertical travel in the already limited front struts. This increases wheel damage risk. You might consider cutting off about 1" of the bottom of the bump stop to increase free travel in which the dampers can do their work.
Other changes will improve steering, rack brace/clamp, poly bushings. These are things that the Koni's will have little influence on. The rear sway bar will improve steering a lot, but with all else left stock, things are too loose to really work well. So at a minimum do the rack brace clamp and large bushing that connects the two controls arms.
