...My steering felt great at first with the new MP rack clamp, then it loosened up. I've had my mechanic tighten it up every so often, which would work for a few weeks. Now its loose again and even having my mechanic tighten it doesn't help. The steering also makes a lot of noise now. The rubber strip failed, making it looser. The steering feels quite shaky. Been trying to have it replaced by MP since July with now luck. Kind of disappointing. I'm debating if I should put the original rubber clamp back on, or shell out for the KIC version from Genuine SAAB, I'm not sure if that model has a similar problem.

Any advice from anyone?
