You're right Bill -- not as much tall guy room. I test drove a Viggen yesterday (seach Boston C's List for "viggen" -- it's the red '01). It has a questionable history (4 owners, no service records) so I wouldn't buy it anyway, but I don't think a 9^3 is for me.
I didn't realize how much I value the panorama offered by the c900. The 9^3 doesn't have as much windshield wrap, the roof is lower and the rearview mirror is closer which creates a rather large obstruction (for v. tall people). Even though we're only talking about an inch or two in each dimension it's enough to make a significant difference.
I'll probably stick with a c900 even though it's becoming a less attractive option by the day -- more expensive, fewer good cars out there. If I could take the niceities (sp?) of a 9^3/Viggen and put them into a c900 body, then we'd be talking... ;-)
Thanks everyone,
Doug
