Jesus! Do you have a coffee can with marbles in there.
Don't know if it is the quality of the video but it didn't sound to have any rhythm to it but more of a rumbling around randomly like what a water pump would sound like but still not exactly like a water pump.
Trashed balance chain?
With that kind of noise and if it would be a bearing or any internal oil lubricated issues, I would expect to find massive amounts of metal debris in the oil pan.
Did you see any metal shavings at all the first time or only the standard coffee ground?
And also, with that kind of noise, I would not have been satisfied with just finding "some noticeable scratches" on rod bearings but would have continued searching for some real mess somewhere.
