I had the same thing, after replacing all the suspension bits you've done. Even the wheel balance only mildly helped the situation. It was a simple/cheap repair that has fixed it 100% and makes it drive like a new car. My inner tie rod bushings were worn at 85k (looked fine to the eye). Genuine Saab sells poly inserts that weren't too bad to press in - in the car (try a c-clamp and a large socket). Amazing difference for $30 and less than two hours work (once I figured out how to get the locking plate off the rack). Hope this helps.
