A few years ago, I lost spray in the rear windshield washer thingy. Today, I followed the postings here in solving it. (I actually brought a brand new 2-way and a 3-way valve from eeuroparts a year ago...)
Anyway, here is what I found after removing the left (driver side) wheel well cover (I had to remove the wheel too).
The washer fluid pump is directly attached to the reservoir. There is only 1 pump. It appears that if it spins one way, it pumps to the front, and if it spin the other way, it pumps to the back. The strange thing is that I did not find a 3-way valve anywhere. The 2way valve that connect to the line going to the back of the car simply fell off. After removing and spraying it with compressed air, pushed it back on, it worked like new. (I'm so happy!)
The strange thing is that there was no 3-way valve as described by other people. The system was kinda simple actually. I also noticed that if the reservoir is low on fluid, the system may not have enough pressure to pump all the way to the back? Anyway, I hope this post help someone else.
