You don't need to replace the screws with a head needing a torx drive. Though if you don't replace them all it is handy for them all to be the same.
Take the antenna out of the trunk and open it up, watching for all the pieces to pop out, and check to see if any of the plastic that coils up and extends the antenna have broken off. You can buy a new one and put one in. You can do a search in the forum for a solution.
I don't think the coolant loss is a real issue. If you had foam then you'd have impending doom.
Depending upon the condition of the car, if it is good I would consider getting a rebuilt turbo otherwise just drive it until it dies. It is tough to get a good used engine for the OG 9-3s due to the sludging dropping so many engines.
