I see you have a number of issues, two of which could be very expensive so don't focus on the little stuff. First of all there is coolant in your oil, at this mileage (dont know if the head was ever properly torqued down) you will very likely need a head gasket. This can cost upwards of 800.00 if you do not DIY. Secondly, if the A/C system is original, it won't last for much longer, one could spend 2,000 if everything is replaced. It may be low on refrigerant, but that is likely just the beginning of your problems with it. So now you are into more than the car is worth, at your mileage, you have got your money's worth. And we dont know anything about the condition of the trans or clutch yet.
I wouldn't worry about the little stuff, rusty screws, etc., I would be focused on the two main issues. Get a trusted indie to confirm what you need and decide if you want to throw money at this thing. I would find another car.
