Hi Seth,
Thanks for the info. I'm going to call Automic Auto today in Portland to get their view. They checked the car out and said that the oil level was fine. They did note that the oil pressure switch was leaking which might account for the warning. It only came on when I made a quick turn in to a parking lot, like an evasive movement. I am also going to change the oil to synthetic as many have recommended. The CarFax report says that it has had regular service with no known problems. I was running the whole trip at about 85 mph as Wyoming and Nebraska are pretty wide open.Maybe I was burning it off without smoke? I will do the PCV#6 update as I am pretty good with tools. I just did the rotors and pads on my Honda Odyssey. So that's the story so far. Will keep everyone updated.
