I just put the bolt in and whack it with a 3/8 impact. I think I hold the lever with my other hand to keep it from jumping around. It only goes in one way. The grease SAAB used on those would get stiff after a short time. I've been using sway bar bushing lube 91 17 810. I don't know how it looks after 50k miles or so because I have had no reason to go back into one.
