so the battery was at about 12V and the fuses you listed were at ~5. I decided to try to jump it and try one more time, giving the ignition switch a few "come on please love taps" with the key...and it started. I'm going to let it fun for awhile before turning off and retesting the voltages.
I did do a drive down the street and back...no CEL or trans lights and it is acting like it is in limp home mode. Does the ignition switch go "softly?" I want to take it to the mechanic right away and leave it there for fear it won't start again!
