You'd be lucky to get $250 from a junkyard.
You say that the 'clutch was just checked.' How was it 'checked?' If it's your original clutch and you're at 169K miles I'd say you may just need a new clutch and maybe a slave cylinder but others should probably chime in.
As for the other issues, I can't imagine the parking brake being a big deal. What's up with the control arm and axle?
