If you lift the car up high enough to fit a gas can underneath, this is fairly easy. I've removed the fuel line at the filter, placed it in the gas can, and jumped the fuel pump.
Also, I don't quite remember where the anti-siphon thingy is located, but what about removing the filler pipe hose connection at the tank, and then siphoning from there?
