It's illegal and a bit senseless to drive with highs and fogs. Fogs are designed to throw out a low, wide beam to assist the driver in foggy and/or snowy conditions. High beams are for illuminating at great distance for clear night time driving with no oncoming traffic. Why would you combine the two? By the way, take it easy on the back button when posting.
