I understand your logic, but I doubt given the short range of the fog lamps that anything you saw would allow you enough time to react. At 80mph you need something like 88 feet just to get your foot from the gas to the brake pedal. I really don't care if you drive with your fogs as long as they are aimed correctly. I am only stating I don't feel there is anything to be gained. What I would REALLY like is to have people get their headlights properly aimed, especially SUVs. I'm tired of having to hold up my left hand to block the reflection from my side mirror.
