These are the Powerflex Urethane bushings. I have one still in my parts cabinet for the Driver's side. Recent posts by others say installation isn't nearly as bad as it initially appeared to be if I swing the fuse box out of the way and do the job from the top.
My GenuuineSaab brace uses no bushing on the passenger side, strictly a solid metal to metal fit.
