I'm glad to try to help Dave as I get more familiar with this particular unit.

I have no idea about calibration. WIS mentions it adjusts the system to start in a position for the proper climate. WIS is generally very vague and doesn't go into theory of operation. I haven't tried doing this on my own ACC. There is a section in WIS explaining Tech 2 procedures for applicable systems in the car but it is blank for the ACC, which leads me to believe that we might get prompted for input on the display when initiating calibration. Just a guess. I don't have my car with me. I'm going to play more with it when I tear down the console soon for other work I need to do.

Please do report back if you find any more info, or with the results of your testing.
