I am guessing check valve from NAPA mentioned below is not going to work.

These vacuum delay valves are pretty rare. I am going to try the following one from ebay: https://www.ebay.com/p/Secondary-Air-Injection-Vacuum-Delay-Valve-ACDelco-GM-Original-Equipment/168693885?iid=273324923380&chn=ps

It has similar to original black and brown color scheme.

Do you know how it is supposed to be oriented? Will the black side face Secondary Air Injection Control Valve or will it face Secondary Air Injection Switching Valve. See below diagram
