Some factory parts are still available, but not many. Here's what's out there from the factory and what's not, with my two cents added in.
Control arms: No longer available from the factory. Aftermarket ones don't last as long, but they're a fraction of the price.
Stanchion arms: Available, but it's usually more cost effective to replace the bushings, which are currently on back order.
Sway bar links: Available, but horrendously expensive for what they are. Aftermarket ones are just as good, and the factory TRW links are available on the aftermarket.
Tie rod ends: Available, but aftermarket ones are nearly as good and much cheaper. TRW is most likely the OEM for these, too.
Strut mounts: No longer available, and unfortunately aftermarket ones don't last as long, but they work fine.
Strut bearings: Available, and for some reason ordering them from Saab/Orio is usually as cheap or cheaper than buying the factory SKF bearings on the aftermarket.
Struts: Sachs still makes the Viggen-specific "Sport" shocks and strut inserts. There's no reason to order them from Saab/Orio when you can buy the identical Sachs versions for much less.
