Threads like this will help change that. I've had a ton of great feedback on Charles River Saab - all very postitive! It just goes to show you that you have to deliver 100% because you never know which customer is the one that knows how to use the Internet to report bad service... wait, that's turning out to be just about every single customer out there, especially Saab owners who are the most active Internet users of any car owner group!
