Yes...Totally valid points...BUT..One of the Saabs I saw on a trailer was a 1983 Saab turbo..Big Deal....Parts for that car are NOT rare....
I can see NOT driving it in winter...but these cars are made for winter...Hey...My 1984 saab came from PA and did not have any rust on it...If it aint rusted NOW..it aint never gonna rust!
To each his own, I guess...and BTW..I have restored my rust free 1984 Saab 900i and spent $ 3,000.00 on a paint job, new chrome, new side moldingas, etc, etc...BUT!! I love driving it, and I will always maintain its pristine status.
