This is just my experience, YMMV. When my housemate wanted a new car (and had his heart set on a TT) We patronized two Audi dealers, Langan Audi East and Langan West, (as well as Nemer VW/Audi) We also patronized 2 Saab dealers (just for comparison), New Salem Saab and Saab of Halfmoon. After being ignored for 45 minutes at Langan we were finally grudgingly, rudely "helped." This consisted of being told NO, we couldnt test drive either of their 2 used TT's and NO, they couldnt help us locate any other TT's in the area. My housemate and I are mid 20's, relatively succesful professionals, and arrived at the dealership in a new Tahoe - not some beater. The two Saab dealers bent over backwards to help us, let us test drive whatever we wanted, and treated us with respect. My housemate ended up with a 2000 9-5 Aero and is thrilled. Sorry for the rant, but I have heard similar stories about Audi dealers, but didnt believe it till it happend to me.
Good luck
