If it's inboard of the passing lane, then yield to the faster vehicle (move over and let them pass regardless of how fast you are going). If you can't safely yield the lane, then I like the slow down and speed up method mentioned below. In SE Pa, no one has a clue about lane decipline, they figure the left lane is for anyone traveling over 65 mph. Then you get the numbnuts riding your tail while your trapped behind a row of cars stuck behind some dweeb going too slow in the left lane. I'll have to try the slow down, speed up thing to "brush them back" a little.
