What are the pros and cons here? My lot is about 0.2 acre, not too big, but I have to trim about half the perimeter. I don't really want to drag an extension cord all over the yard, but I don't really want another IC engine to maintain either. A quick survey of prices at Sears seemed to show that gas is ~2x the price of electric but that may just mean the cheap electrics are just that, cheap. Bottom line, I want one that works well and requires a minimum of maintenance. I'll settle for one of those out of two on a car, but not on lawn care gear.
Saab content - aren't the gas ww's two-cycle like the very early Saabs? Or am I confusing the V-4 engine with something else?
thanks, Mike
