OT: Good graduate degrees to complement comp sci BS?

Hey guys,
Thinking about going back for a masters degree while still working. I have a BS in Information Systems (like Computer Sci w/ a little business mixed in). I also have a minor in Biology.
I know a lot of it is purely preference, where my interests are, but what are some good areas of study that would be a good complement to my undergrad work? I'm so-so on the idea of an MBA, not sure if its my cup of tea. How about something in the engineering realm? What about some more Biology, I already have some background there....but would that relate to my Computer Sci degree at all?
I may drop by my university and talk to some advisors. I graduated a little over a year ago, I'm only 23, so I'm sure they'll still help me out.
Thanks for any advice, guys.
