Depends what you enjoy doing. Fresh out of BS Comp Sci I continued on to an MS Comp Sci to learn about obscure comp sci topics (algorithm analysis, eeek!). After a decade of writing code focusing on GUI's of any kind (PC, Mac, Unix, VMS, X Windows, Visual Basic, Web, etc) I decided I needed to learn more about human computer interaction. So, I went back to school part time and got an MS in Interdisciplinary Engineering (Human Factors Engineering). Since then I've been writing code for embedded entertainment and communication devices, and it's incredible fun, in particular when you get to be the designer of the device as well as the guy who does a lot of the code.
