Anyone had to sue a dealer

What have you sued over? What was the outcome? Any advice?
It looks like I am going to have to sue my dealer for damage to my car. No one at the dealer will take any accountability or even deal with the matter. A director at Saab has be notified, but I have not yet spoken with him. Going to go for damages plus pain and suffering/lack of use up to the small claims limit. Any legal advice is appreciated. My limits have been reached with this car and the dealership; it has gotten to the point were I don’t want anything to do with my car or Saab.
For that matter I am considering trying to get the marquee yanked by Saab. I would imagine that the marquee in the NY area is very valuable. I don’t want it for myself; although I am fairly sure I could run the dealership better than it is currently being run. I think a charity auction would be a great idea. This would prevent other Saab owners from future problems. Any ideas how I could pursue this route? I mean the service manager who the general manager fopped me off to tells me “your car, your problem.” Apparently he thinks the dealership is not responsible for work that it paid to have done. General manger said “he doesn’t have time to deal with this.” I can’t wait for the judge to slam these jerks.
