Usually, if one doesn't pay the parking ticket, it just go on the record for the car and that car can't be registered untill the ticket is paid. Since you are selling it and won't drive it (registered), why not tell judge to bill you and flip them off? You just have to tell the buyer of the situation and have to knock off about $100, but so what? I hate stupid laws and lawyers who live off of it. If "for sale" sign is distruction, how about a bumper sticker? stupid lawyers...
