I'm not familiar with that particular camera, but the specs look fine. I second the concern about the slow ISO range however.
Have you handled it much? ARe the controls convenient? the grip good? fit your hands? Is it fast? The problem with most digitals, other than DSLRs, are awkward and small controls and maddeningly slow shutter release times. Point of comparison: I recently went from a Canon G3 to a Nikon D70 (a DSLR) and couldn't be happier. The G3 I would frequently leave behind in favour of my film SLR. The D70 is obviously bigger, heavier, and more $, but the handling, lens quality, and instant response have proved more than worth it.
