Blizzaks are great on ice, burn off very quickly on pavement, and handle least well (of the three) on pavement. Michelins (assuming Arctic Alpin) are least capable on the salt-ice slurry mess our highway departments make of the roads, and their higher speed rated Alpin Pilot lacks the "Snowflake" emblem. Nokian WR are available in a wide range of size and speed ratings, they handle great on dry pavement, they handle salt-slush well, and pull well in snow. Their more aggresive stablemates handle less well on pavement but will dig through deeper snow and stick better to glare ice.
In a word, Nokian!
