But at this time pretty much limited to the big free mail providers (e.g., yahoo, hotmail) because of virus issues and to sites associated with spyware. I am sure there might be some others but they wouldn't be anything you'd want to be dumb enough to surf during work. Personally I do have the option of going through another special purpose proxy that we administer that is seperate from the standard corporate proxy. I guess that is one of the few advantages of being a system admin. Regardless, I ususally use the corporate proxy unless I need to download a file via ftp.
