I think you should call your insurance company and tell them who you think did it. They will send out the adjuster and inspect both cars and determine if it's that car or not. Than they will take care of all the hussel. Insurance company won't just suck it up. They will find who's at fault and charge what they pay out to you.

Do that. Than you can tell your boss and other mofo that you didn't accuse them, but your insurance company did (and they proved that mofo did hit you).
