I am cheap! We usually buy whatever is cheapest, that normally being the dollar store brand. It works very well and cleans my worst greasy clothes just as well as the Tide my Mother did way back when.
However, guys, I will give you hint on how to get rid of the grease odor in your work clothes when you are working on you cars. Use Borax with you regular detergent. It removes more grease and takes away any odor. I used to work in a steel mill and they coated the steel with what they called palm oin. It was actually an animal fat oil to keep the metal from rusting until it was fully worked and ready to ship. That stuff stank, badly and we always had to run the washer empty aftward so the smell wouldn't transfer over to our other clothes, until we started using the Borax. Great stuff!
