I really don't think it's a matter of ignorance or driving know-how. There have been very valid points made for each side, and I think it all boils down to where you are located geographically and the acceptable behavior for that area. Where I live, it just wouldn't make any sense to creep up on the tail of someone at a stop light, because there are usually just two of you there, anyway. Where you live, I'm sure it makes very good sense to have the courtesy to pull up as far as you can so others can get through. I'm certainly not going to get defensive for someone behaving as they should where they are located, and hopefully everyone else can see the other side of the story, as well. As they say, when in Rome...
