Is for a project where I need to do some research, take pics, enlarge them and put them up on posterboards and possibly do a Powerpoint with them. After that, it'll only be for regular shots, nothing professional or anything. Just random pics of the fam/friends etc.

As I said, I had a crappy old HP (like 6 years old) that I coudln't even print out decent 4x6 pics with. They say 4 megapixels can be comfortably enlarged to 11x17, but I don't know how good that would look.
